Yes. Scott can work alongside your photographer and other wedding vendors to help the day run smoothly while ensuring important moments are captured without unnecessary interruption.

Yes. Scott can review your timeline and recommend suitable filming time for getting ready, first looks, ceremonies, couple sessions, speeches, dances, and other important events.

Wedding videography should be booked as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular wedding seasons. Booking several months in advance gives you the best chance of securing your preferred date.

Yes. A non-refundable retainer and a signed videography agreement are required to reserve your wedding date. Your booking is not confirmed until both have been received.

What is included in the videography packages?

Package inclusions depend on the option selected and may include getting-ready coverage, first looks, the ceremony, speeches, reception highlights, cake cutting, first dances, and your grand exit. Final edited wedding films are delivered digitally.

Yes. Full-day coverage is available for couples who want their entire wedding story captured, from the preparation and ceremony to the reception and final send-off.

Yes. Elopement packages are designed for intimate ceremonies and smaller celebrations. Coverage may include the ceremony, personal vows, couple portraits, meaningful details, and cinematic footage of the location.

Depending on your package, you may receive a cinematic highlight film, ceremony video, speeches, special dances, social media teaser, or a longer edited wedding film. Exact deliverables will be confirmed before booking.

Yes. The Platinum Package includes up to 8 hours of wedding videography coverage, allowing Scott to capture the most important moments of your day, from getting ready and the ceremony to reception highlights and your grand exit.

Additional coverage hours can be added if your wedding timeline requires more than 8 hours. Extra hours should be requested in advance whenever possible and will be subject to Scott’s availability and an additional hourly fee.
